  • Mr.J Nireshwar Daniel completed his bachelor degree in Hospitality management from PSG college of Arts and Science and also earned MBA in HR from Bharathiyar University. He is IATA certified person who worked as VIP support in dnata - an Emirates company, Bangalore. He also worked as Team Lead in pricol travel limted, Coimbatore. Now he runs Mud idli chain of restaurant which was started in the year February 2021

  • Mr.Boopathy Selvaraj pursued his Bsc. Catering science & Hotel management in PSG college of arts and science and MBA in Tourism and hotel management from Bharathiyar university. He held many portfolios such as South indian chef at Taj properties, Restaurant Manager in an Italian restaurant called 'Fire in the oven' and Kitchen Supervisor cum purchase manager at Urban Roti- singapore based indian cuisine restaurant. Currently he is running a restaurant called 'Mud Idli' at Ramanadhapuram & singanallur, Coimbatore.

Fried idli
